The Condron Low Pitch Pantile offers the beauty of a traditional tile profile combined with modern design and technical expertise and is ideal for domestic low pitch extensions.
Available in a choice of 6 distinctive Condron colours and suitable for roof pitches down to 12.5°.
NOTE: It is recommended that for rafter pitches below 17.5° the rafter length be no longer than 4.0 metres and water from higher roofs must not shed onto lower roofs; eg from valleys, abutments or gutter down pipes. See our guide on constructing a Low Pitch Underlay System here
All Condron Roof Tiles are manufactured to comply with BS EN 490 and should be fitted in accordance with BS5534
